Step 1: Prepare the mixture for meatballs by putting your ground beef in a large bowl and mixing it further with the egg, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce.

Step 2: Then preheat the skillet over medium heat, form some beef patties by flattening your meatballs and sear them for about 4 minutes per side. During searing add some slices of onion as well to get nicely brown.
